Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our ticket booking services. By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the date and time slot selected at booking
• Dated tickets cannot be used on any other date
• Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented by the original purchaser
• E-tickets must be presented on a mobile device or as a printed copy at entry
• A valid photo ID may be required for discounted tickets (student, concession)

3. Age Restrictions

• Children under 4 years: Free entry
• Children 4-15 years: Child ticket required, must be accompanied by an adult
• Adults 16+ years: Adult ticket required
• SKYWALK: Minimum age 8 years, minimum 2 participants per booking
• Student tickets require valid student ID

4. Refund Policy

Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:

• Attraction closure due to weather or safety concerns
• Cancellation requested more than 48 hours before the visit date
• Documented medical emergencies

To request a refund, please contact our customer service with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.

5. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your visit up to 24 hours before your booked time slot, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made by contacting our customer service team.

6. Entry Conditions

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
• Visitors must comply with all safety instructions and venue rules
• Photography is permitted for personal use only
• Food and beverages from outside are not permitted in certain areas
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your tickets.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
